My shift to fine arts began with a ‘pandemic’ self-portrait, leading me to sketch people as part of my artistic journaling. While landscapes remain my primary focus, I felt compelled to capture the faces I encountered daily while pursuing my MFA in Philadelphia, ultimately sketching over 400 images.
